PlayerGuard's Load Analytics Dashboard provides a unified, real-time view of training loads across your entire squad, enabling performance staff to make informed decisions about individual and team programming.
How It Works
GPS and accelerometer data from your preferred hardware providers is automatically ingested and synced to the PlayerGuard platform within minutes of session completion.
Loads are calculated using multiple metrics: total distance, high-speed running distance, sprint distance, accelerations, decelerations, and PlayerLoad (if available).
Individual load profiles are compared against position-specific baselines and each athlete's personal chronic load history.
Acute:chronic workload ratios are calculated using both rolling average and exponentially weighted methods, with configurable time windows.
Traffic light visualizations highlight athletes outside optimal load ranges, with drill-down capability for detailed analysis.

Load calculations incorporate both external load (GPS metrics) and, where available, internal load measures (heart rate, perceived exertion). Our platform supports custom metric definitions for organizations with specific load philosophies or proprietary calculations.
